What we collect when you contact us or apply for a job, why we hold it, and how to ask us to remove it.
May Softech (“we”, “us”) runs this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through it, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers maysoft.in only, not the sites we link to.
Who we are

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. We do not ask for information we have no use for, and we never ask for payment details or identity documents through this website.
When you use the contact form
- Your name, email address, company and the nature of your enquiry
- The message you write, and anything you choose to include in it
When you apply for a job
- Your name, email address, phone number, current city and years of experience
- The role you are applying for, and any link you give to a profile or portfolio
- Your resume, and anything you write about why you would be a good fit
Automatically, when you visit
- Our host keeps standard server records, including the IP address the request came from, the pages requested and the time, to serve the site and keep it secure
- This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising, and does not track you across other websites
Why we hold it
- To answer you. Enquiries are read by the people who can respond, and we may follow up by email or phone.
- To consider your application. Applications are seen by the hiring team and the manager for that role.
- To run the site. Server records help us keep the site available and protect it from abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists without asking you first.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the website, and they see only what is needed to do their part:
- Netlify hosts the website and receives the forms you submit, including any resume you attach.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface used on these pages, which means your browser requests a file from Google when a page loads.
- OpenStreetMap serves the map on our contact page, so your browser requests map tiles from them when that page loads.
- ISEC Inc., our partner in the United States, may see enquiries that relate to work carried out with them.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Some of these providers operate outside India, so information you send may be processed in other countries.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: kept while we are in conversation with you and for our business records afterwards.
- Applications: kept for the recruitment process, and afterwards in case a suitable role comes up, unless you ask us to delete them.
Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep them.
Keeping it safe
Information sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer you or assess your application, and everyone who works here is bound by confidentiality obligations.
Your choices
Write to info@maysoft.in and you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information, including your application and resume
- stop contacting you
We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may raise the matter with the data protection authority in your country.
Children
This site is meant for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
